    Beautiful rooftop pool with fine city views!

    I stayed for a night, and it started off on the wrong foot. The noise from the restaurant above my Urban Room King was unbearable. The bathroom had a terrible sewer smell that ruined my experience. Despite mentioning this to the staff, the issue was not resolved during my brief stay, quite disappointing.

    The rooms were immaculate and impressive with a bath tub and a shower instead of a bath tub, for example, just what was needed. The food provided for breakfast was outstanding. Location: the hotel was next to Zocalo, and downtown area of Puebla, the downtown core and Zocalo.

    I liked being there, the place is beautifully kept and nicely decorated.

    The personnel was hard-working and well-trained, doing their best to assist. I booked double room with a shower, a bath tub plus great bathrooms. The hotel's location was magnificent, short walk to Puebla and Cholula and Rosewood's restaurants, Pasquinel and Cafe Azul. It also was to the Cathedral Square downtown.

    Who knew? Not me!

    What a good surprise! The check-in was warm, complete with ginger tea and a cool towel. Our Urban Room King was spacious and luxurious. The rooftop terrace wowed with fine views of Puebla. Enjoying drinks and chalupas under the stars was nice. One night was not enough-I can't wait to return!

    I appreciated being there, the place is well-kept and beautifully decorated.

    Booked it for 2 days and had a VERY LOVELY experience. The rooms were immaculate and quiet here with a shower instead of a bath tub, a bath tub plus great bathrooms.

    During my long weekend stay, i was genuinely impressed by how this hotel were very good in service and comfort compared to my previous visit to Puebla. The rooftop pool provided fine 360-degree views of the city, while the room seemed like a luxurious retreat with beautiful design details. Every interaction with the staff.

    I was amazed by how spacious and beautifully designed it was. The little citrus scent added a nice touch. The rooftop pool and the relaxing body scrub treatment were highlights of my stay.     The lobby's fragrant citrus scent immediately sets a good atmosphere. Our spacious Urban Room was luxurious, and the rooftop pool provided wonderful family moments as my kids splashed around while we enjoyed delicious snacks from attentive staff.

    Staying at Banyan Tree Puebla felt special. The beautiful Mexican architecture added warmth with striking blue talavera tiles. My room was spacious and luxurious. The staff provided a refreshing ginger tea at check-in. The rooftop terrace had a fine 360-degree view of Puebla. Drinks and chalupas up there were good. But, having only one night felt too short. I wished for larger windows or a balcony to soak in the view. The only downside was the TV signal issue , likely due to power issues, but it didn't ruin the fun at all.
